TECHNOLOGY

Walltec’s PREVO technology produces standardised Composite Structural Insulated Panels (CSIPs) with integrated stiffeners and tubing for e.g. electricity that are used as load-bearing elements for houses and other types of buildings.

The panels are used for outer and inner walls as well as ceilings and ground plates.

Required panel thickness.
Depending on the use and load of the panel, stiffeners are fixed at different distances in the CSIPs adjusted in function of the required panel thickness to meet the required thermal insulation and strength.

Three layers.
The CSIPs consist of a core, a top and a bottom layer.

Joint together.
All CSIP elements are joint together with specially developed adhesives without the need for nails, screws, rivets or any other conventional method.

No visible joints.
This proprietary glueing principle results in a monolithic construction without visible joints in such a way that the building structure forms “one integral part” similar to the structure of boats, cars or aircraft.

UNRAVELLED ADVANTAGES

Walltec aims at transforming and disrupting conventional construction methods by offering a pre-fabricated, pre-finished, preassembled volumetric construction PREVO system.

Walltec’s PREVO technology breaks the sterility of the current housing systems whilst reducing wasteful, unnecessary and harmful construction practices.

Walltec’s PREVO technology offers the benefits of serial construction techniques and industrialisation, including cost-savings and shorter construction timelines, and thus addresses the rising construction costs for housing.

Walltec’s PREVO technology decreases and prevents the chance for construction errors and faults.

In short, the PREVO technology sets the trend in more efficient construction based on fixed and optimised costs, a smart system that already includes all elements, modular ready-to-finalise delivery, speed, and at interesting pricing.

Sized for transportation.
Strategically planned to be light enough and sized for transportation by truck to the site, the assembled volumetric modules are manufactured in a factory setting.

Fixed cost.
The modular element makes the houses and units easy to make in large numbers, and therefore produce at a fixed cost.

Short construction time.
The final assembly of the houses or units on-site can be carried out in a short period of time, significantly reducing building and construction time.

Reduce of harmful practices.
